At Cheerfully Made, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return regularly priced items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please note that all sale items are final.

How to Return via Email

  1. Contact us at customerservice@cheerfullymade.com to initiate your return.
  2. Please include your order number and reason for return. If in person, please provide receipt. We may also be able to find your order in our system if you recall the date and time of your purchase. Happy to help!
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

How to Return in Person

  3. Bring your receipt or order number with you. We may also be able to find your order in our system if you recall the date and time of your purchase.
  4. Once your return is authorized, we will issue a refund in the method used to initially make the purchase.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please specify the new item you'd like. We will process your exchange as soon as we receive the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will gladly replace or refund any damaged or defective items.
