Homework Letterpress Studio is a small Edmonton-based print shop founded by artist and printmaker Daria Hirny. Using vintage presses like her beloved 1965 Heidelberg Windmill, Daria creates high-quality greeting cards on 100% cotton paper, featuring designs inspired by nature, simple joys, and her Polish-Canadian childhood.

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Alberta, Daria fell in love with letterpress for its perfect mix of craftsmanship and efficiency. Each card is hand-printed with hand-mixed inks, combining modern design with traditional printing techniques.

Outside the studio, Daria enjoys gardening, eating fresh raspberries, and exploring the mountains—always returning with new inspiration for her timeless, joy-filled designs.
