Kohakutou "Amber Candy" is Japanese edible crystal jelly candy.

It has a unique texture that is crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. It's vegan-friendly and made of agar agar instead of gelatine. It makes a delightful treat alongside a cup of tea!

Bought the product since it’s my first time trying Kohakutou. I’m not a huge fan of the texture and taste as much as I thought I would.
I do wish the fruit flavor was more prevalent
