Glove Instructions: 

1. Soak in warm water for five minutes to soften skin; avoid soaps.
2. Wet and wring the glove, then rub firmly on moist skin using long strokes. Be gentle on sensitive areas and let peeling skin aid exfoliation.
3. Rinse, dry, and moisturize.
4. Wash the glove with natural soap, air dry, and repeat weekly.

Sponge Instructions:

1. Soak sponge in warm water for 5 minutes, then press gently to remove excess water without twisting.
2. Dampen your skin and gently rub the sponge in circular motions, with or without cleanser.
3. Rinse sponge after use and hang to dry or store in the fridge in an airtight container.
