The Habit Calendar is super straight-forward -- you write the habits you want to track in the left column and check off the habits you've completed at the end of everyday. There are spaces to track weekly and monthly habits, too.
The calendar measures 8" x 10", includes monthly themes to inspire you (illustrated by Nicole Melville with words by Trish DiFranco and Lora DiFranco), is undated so you can start anytime and use it for a full year.
