Rare Olive is owned and operated by Canadian maker, Nicole Gagnon, who designs and makes wooden jewellery and accessories out of Guelph, ON.
Nicole’s passion for wood stemmed from her roots as her grandfather was a carpenter and her husband (a woodworker himself) taught Nicole about different woods and grains.
Since the woodworking and fashion industries are not commonly seen together—Rare Olive creations are truly rare and unique. There is ingenuity within the designs, with styles that are versatile and can be worn multiple ways. Each piece is mindfully made, with the use of sustainable materials and extra attention paid to the reduction of waste.
