Split Tree Natural Syrup / Sour Mix

Each bottle of Split Tree Cocktail Co. syrup has a delicious recipe on the label. Simply mix an ounce of syrup and an ounce of your favourite spirit with 3-4 ounces of soda water. Stir gently and enjoy!

Forget everything you know about sour mix. Never boiled, our sour mix is bright, crisp and full of natural citrus flavour.

Ingredients: lemon juice, lime juice, yuzu juice, lemon zest, lime zest, sugar.

Each bottle contains 250mL and makes between 8-16 cocktails.
