Each bottle of Split Tree Cocktail Co. syrup has a delicious recipe on the label. Simply mix an ounce of syrup and an ounce of your favourite spirit with 3-4 ounces of soda water. Stir gently and enjoy!

This cordial mixes with soda water to create a delicate soda reminiscent of summer. 

Ingredients: whole rhubarb, elder flowers, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon oil, water, sugar and citric acid.

Each bottle contains 250mL and makes between 8-16 cocktails.

Perfect for Dry January

Always love having Split Tree Syrups around for summer time cocktails, took advantage of a good sale and purchased a few flavours to compliment dry January. Adding syrups to mocktails or just a bit in soda water is great.
Look at me drinking fancy drinks in my fancy stay at home joggers.
