Each bottle of Split Tree Cocktail Co. syrup has a delicious recipe on the label. Simply mix an ounce of syrup and an ounce of your favourite spirit with 3-4 ounces of soda water. Stir gently and enjoy!

This mix makes a refreshing soda and pairs beautifully with vodka, gin, and Campari, Aperol and chartreuse.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, lemon juice, lavender flowers.

Each bottle contains 250mL and makes between 8-16 cocktails.
