Bals Provisions is a Montreal company specializing in canning. Inspired by her family recipes, Crystal Bals creates original products that she makes in small batches. 

Its objectives are simple: to collaborate with Quebec farmers in order to make known all the wonders of their region, and to produce jams, sauces and marinades that are as low in sugar as they are rich in flavour!

Crystal has over ten years of experience in baking and pastry. She started her business, Bals Provisions, after discovering a citrus pectin that could be used to create low-fat jams, bursting with the authentic flavours and textures of natural fruit.
